A pastime we don't indulge in...I love to dance too! A pastime we don't indulge in often enough. <BR/><BR/>I have discovered though that running is a good substitute for dancing for me. The incentive of listening to music makes a seemingly dull run much more appealing. <BR/><BR/>For example, when I run and listen to upbeat oldies my heart soars, my imagination takes flight, the world ceases to exist I am one with the beat and the thud of my feet.
